In regard to Arminianism:

The distinction between a practicing Arminian and one who is just confused must be considered. For example, a boy of 9 years old; if he is elect and doesn’t quite get the components of salvation yet, doesn’t imply that he will never come to the truth as the HS will lead him into all truth eventually. If he is reprobate, God will continue to cast strong delusion his way. The man that rejects the doctrines of grace and subscribes to the lie instead, is perishing. The elect will not stay in ignorance. You might respond, “Scott, what if he dies before that knowledge comes to him?” In the decree of God, the possibility of his demise prior to this knowledge is doubtful. If he is elect, God will perfect the error prior to his entering glory.

Consider the elect infant dying in infancy. The elect infant, dying in infancy has a more thorough theology than I. Some may say, ‘Scott, how is that possible? An infant does not have the capacity to process the data you are imposing?’ Out of the mouth of babes:

2 Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants
You have ordained strength,
Because of Your enemies,
That You may silence the enemy and the avenger.

The New King James Version (Nashville: Thomas Nelson, 1982), Ps 8:2.

עֹלָל olal (760c); from an unused word; a child:—babes(1), child(2), children(6), infants(2), little ones(9).

Robert L. Thomas, New American Standard Hebrew-Aramaic and Greek Dictionaries : Updated Edition (Anaheim: Foundation Publications, Inc., 1998).

11 For the stone will cry out from the wall,
And the beam from the timbers will answer it.

The New King James Version (Nashville: Thomas Nelson, 1982), Hab 2:11.

40 But He answered and said to them, “I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.”

The New King James Version (Nashville: Thomas Nelson, 1982), Lk 19:40.

A God who is able to make the stones even cry out can make an infant complete. Everyone entering glory no longer is seeing in a mirror dimly, but face to face.
