Do you really understand what Ministry is?

To imply ‘ministry’ is to imply official sending from the local expression. No man is ‘sent’ outside of this idea. The commission is grounded locally. It is not a universal call to every Tom, Dick and Harry. Parachurch is a contradiction to truth.
