Your submission to your leadership is a direct reflection of your submission to Christ.
Heb. 13:17 Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with grief, for this would be unprofitable for you.
Christ has ordained their leadership and stewardship; the position has been taken with fear and trembling. Be assured, they will ‘give an account’ on how they lead the flock.
