44 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

Regeneration-A man finds a field that has a vein of gold in it and purchases that field with all that he has.
~This is akin to regeneration and God giving a map to this field for the man and the man now seeing truth.
Conversion-the buying of that field, knowing well the things of the kingdom are gold.
~The man is now sold out that there is surely gold here and he must have it.
Sanctification-is the tilling of the field, searching out the great treasure buried there.
~ Sanctification is monergistic/synergistic-will of decree/will of precept-Compound/divided senses of scripture;
It is God’s work in the man-it is man responding to regeneration and conversion; God decreed the man would buy the field; the
man responds and ascents to the fact of the gospel, he agrees that buying the field is good and right. God decreed
sanctification/the man responded accordingly.
